I have had a couple of students ask me why this i happening:
1 They click on Begin Assessment (the quiz is open) and nothing happens - the screen doesn't change
2 They get out of Bb go back to the assessment and now the box says Continue Assessment
3 Click on Cont. Assessment and nothing happens so they get out of Bb
4 They go back to the Assessment and click on Instructions and Troubleshooting
5 They click on Begin Assessment from this screen and they can take the quiz with out any problems.
I have suggested the next time they need to take a quiz to click on Instructions and Troubleshooting first and Begin Assessment from this screen. ( One student tried this and it worked) Any ideas on what is causing this or how to fix it.?
