We need to export assessments from Blackboard 9 to CE/Vista 8. Is there a 3rd party tool to facilitate this?

Cyndi,

I haven't tried it myself, but others have generally reported very good results using Respondus ( http://www.respondus.com/products/respondus.shtml ) to tramsfer tests into and out of Blackboard and CE/Vista.
