We are currently looking over the list of our classes to backup every night. I have been asked to look at our current courses and verify the list is complete. I go login to blackboard, hit System Admin, Courses and then do a search for all courses created after a specific date. While this info is useful, I have to flip through many pages and type out any that were missed. Is there a way to simply export this report? I don't have direct access to the blackboard server, just the System Admin section of blackboard.

Adam,
What you're describing--looking at the list of courses created after a certain date--is not really a "report", simply the results of a search. Within that course search screen, you can go to the bottom of the page and specify that the "Items" per page can be 25 (the default), 50, 100, 200, or All. That would at least get all your courses listed on one screen, but there isn't an "export" function to export the results of the search to a file.
Under "System Reporting", there are some templates available to let you use Crystal Reports (if you have it) to query the system and retrieve some basic reports using Advanced System Reporting. I don't really have any experience with Advanced System Reporting, Crystal Reports or the templates, but it is the built-in mechanism that Blackboard provides for extracting data for those customers who don't have direct access to the system.
If you have an Enterprise license and can install building blocks, there's also a tool indevelopment call Project ASTRO (http://projects.oscelot.org/gf/project/astro/ ) that will allow you to generate may different types of reports and statistics, though it may be overkill for what you're doing.
