where do the answers appear? and when?

Hi Vicky,

When you are in any of the forum, you can click the Search icon to try
and find answers to questions that have been posted in the past.

Once you post your question, the panel of Dr.C's gets notifications
that a message was posted and go in and try to respond. We try to do
this within a short period of time but unfortunately for some reason I
did not receive notification that you had posted this message. Now,
hopefully your receive notification that I have responded to your post
within your email. If you further information to ask or share, you
could not respond to your email. Instead, there is a link in the email
that will allow you to click it and read the posting online. Then you
would click the Reply button at the bottom of the posting.

I am a new user to Ask Dr C.  Can I find out how I can add a fictitious student to blackboard so that I can see the student view of grade center?

The process is different at different schools.  You'll want to talk to the Help Desk at your school find out how you can do that on your school's Blackboard server.
