This is ridiculous. It is taking me 30 minutes to figure out where to ask my question amd I am not real sure this is the right place. I do not know what version I am using and do not know where to look..it's not right out there.
Question: Why can't I look at my emails in my classroom email outbox, drafts, etc.???They will not open. Thank You, Paula Patton

I'm sorry that you're frustrated.

It's probably an active pop-up blocker. You must disable all pop-up blockers in order to be able to access the email. here is a link that will help you make sure that your browser is configured properly. http://www.webct.com/tuneup.

Wher do I ask a question regarding my quiz score not showing up like I never took the quiz?

Hi Angela.  Are you a student?  If so, visit http://discussions.blackboard.com/forums/default.aspx?GroupID=5 and click the link that says Write a new post to ask questions.  If you are an instructor/admin/etc go to http://discussions.blackboard.com/ select the appropriate forum based on your school's product, and then click the Write a new post link.

Alright, I took a quiz this last Sunday and the program did not grade it.  It shows a "I" that means its waiting to be graded.  That day the program was running slow, and when I finished my first attempt the program quit running.

You need to contact your instructor to ask about your test.  We don't have any access to your class, so we can't tell you anything about the status of your test submission.
